PROPHECIES
- Do not be afraid in proclaiming the Good News to the whole world for I am always with you.
- Allow Me to carry your burden; live in Me and I will heal you.
DIRECTIONS
- Exhort the whole community to nourish their spiritual life through daily prayers, discipline of intimacy with God.
- Build your faith by reading the word of God everyday and meditate on it.
- Follow the Community pastoral structures in shepherding and being shepherded.
THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (13th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We demonstrate faith in the Good Shepherd when we exercise our gift of healing.
Promise: “…your faith has saved you” (Mk 5:34)
Week#2 (14th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We demonstrate faith in the Good Shepherd when we proclaim God’s message without fear.
Promise: “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” (2Cor 12:9)
Week #3 (15th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We demonstrate faith in the Good Shepherd when we respond to His call with enthusiasm.
Promise: “Near indeed is his salvation to those who fear him, glory dwelling in our land.” (Ps 85:10)
Week #4 (16th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We demonstrate faith in the Good Shepherd when we minister with compassion.
Promise: “I will appoint shepherds for them who will shepherd them so that they need no longer fear and tremble; and none shall be missing.” (Jer 23:4)
Week #5 (17th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We demonstrate faith in the Good Shepherd when we rely on His provisions.
Promise: “The hand of the Lord feeds us; He answers all our needs.”
