WORD
The Kingdom of God belongs to those who submit to His authority.

“Blessed are you who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways.” (Ps 128:1)

DIRECTION
1. Open your hearts to the Holy Spirit’s spiritual gifts and use them for the common good.
2. Clothe yourself with humility and walk in the ways of the Lord.
THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (27th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We submit to God’s authority when we maintain childlike obedience and humility.
Promise: “For you shall eat the fruit of your handiwork; blessed shall you be, and favored.” (Ps 128:2)
Week#2 (28th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We submit to God’s authority when we share our blessings with those in need.
Promise: “There is no one who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for my sake and for the sake of the gospel who will not receive a hundred times more now in this present age …” (Mark 10:29-30a)
Week #3 (29th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We submit to God’s authority when we become the servant of all.
Promise: “The eyes of the Lord are upon those who fear him, upon those who hope for his kindness…” (Ps 33:18)
Week #4 (30th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We submit to God’s authority when we take courage to witness to our faith.
Promise: “… I will lead them to brooks of water, on a level road, so that none shall stumble. (Jer 31:9)
