Like Mary, we are the light of the New Evangelization.
ORDER
“Rise up in splendor … your light has come, the glory of the Lord shines upon you”. (Is 60:1)
PROPHECIES
• It is My word that gives you light. Know more about Me in the Scriptures. I will reveal more of Myself in words that only the Holy Spirit can make you understand.
DIRECTIONS
• Seek God and know His Will by spending more time studying His word & receiving the Sacraments.
• Be bold in the exercise of charismatic gifts that you may become the beacon of light for others to see and they will be guided back to Jesus.
THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord)
Theme: We are the light of the New Evangelization when we know, serve, and follow Jesus.
Promise: “Then you shall be radiant at what you see, your heart shall throb and overflow, for the riches of the sea shall be emptied out before you, the wealth of nations shall be brought to you.” (Is 60:5)
Week#2 (The Baptism of the Lord)
Theme: We are the light of the New Evangelization when we help open the eyes of the blind and those who live in darkness.
Promise: “… whoever fears him and act uprightly is acceptable to Him.” (Acts 10:35)
Week #3 (Feast of the Sto. Niño – Phil)
Theme: We are the light of the New Evangelization when we honor and obey Jesus.
Promise: “…He chose us in Him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish.” (Eph 1:4)
Week #3 (2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time – Int’l)
Theme: We are the light of the New Evangelization when we honor and obey Jesus.
Promise: “No more shall people call you ‘forsaken,’ or your land ‘desolate,’ but you shall be called my ‘delight’ and your land ‘espoused.’” (Is 62:4)
Week #4 (3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We are the light of the New Evangelization when we accept and live out our covenant with God.
Promise: “The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul; the decree of the Lord is trustworthy, giving wisdom to the simple.” (Ps 19:8)
