WORD
A joyful spiritual preparation brings Jesus to birth in our lives.

ORDER
“…Put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provisions for the desires of the flesh.” (Rom 13:14)

PROPHECIES
1. Persevere in your prayer life and spend more time in knowing Me, in the immensity of My love for you,
for I am pure and humble of heart.
2. Stay awake! For you do not know the day I will come.

DIRECTIONS
1. Go to confession regularly especially this Advent as we prepare for the coming of the Lord.
2. Be obedient to God’s will and walk in His Light, that His grace will be effective in your life.

THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (1st Sunday of Advent)
Theme: We bring Jesus to birth in our life when we prepare for His coming with vigilance.
Promise: “Those who love you prosper.” (Ps 122:6)

Week#2 (2nd Sunday of Advent)         
Theme: We bring Jesus to birth in our life when we produce good fruit as evidence of our repentance.
Promise: “He shall rescue the poor man when he cries out, and the afflicted when he has no one to help him”   (Ps 72:12)

Week#3 (3rd Sunday of Advent) 
Theme: We bring Jesus to birth in our life when we proclaim the Good News to the poor.
Promise: “They will bloom with abundant flowers, and rejoice with joyful song.”  (Is 35:2)

Week#4 (4th Sunday of Advent)   
Theme: We bring Jesus to birth in our life when, like Joseph, we listen to the voice of God, and obey.
Promise: “He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, a reward from God hi savior.”  (Ps 24:5)

Week#5 (Feast of the Holy Family)  
Theme: We bring Jesus to birth in our life when we honor our parents and those who exercise pastoral authority over us.
Promise: “Whoever reveres his father will live long life; he who obeys his father brings comfort to his mother.”  (Sir 3:6)
