PROPHECIES
1. Be a channel of My peace and joy this advent season. Prepare the by-roads so that everyone will be streaming toward Me.
2. I am the Emmanuel. Take courage in the present and always hope for the future.

DIRECTIONS
1. Avail of the Sacrament of Reconciliation and receive the Holy Eucharist regularly.
2. This Advent and Christmas season, be charitable to the poor and share your blessings with poor families.

THEMES AND PROMISES

Week#1(1st Sunday of Advent)
Theme:There is joy and hope in our lives when we grow in holiness.
Promise: “…those who love you prosper.” (Ps 122:6)

Week#2(2nd Sunday of Advent)
Theme:There is joy and hope in our lives when we truly repent.
Promise:“He shall have pity for the lowly and the poor; the lives of the poor he shall save.” (Ps 72:13)

Week#3(3rd Sunday of Advent)
Theme:There is joy and hope in our lives when we serve the needs of the poor.
Promise:“The Lord God keeps faith forever, secures justice for the oppressed, gives food to the hungry…sets captives free.” (Ps 146:6-7)

Week#4(4th Sunday of Advent)
Theme:There is joy and hope in our lives when we are obedient to God’s plan and direction.
Promise:“He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, a reward from God his savior.” (Ps 24:5)

Week#5(Feast of the Holy Famly)
Theme:There is joy and hope in our lives when we entrust our family to God’s care and protection.
Promise:“Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walk in his ways… for you shall be favoured.” (Ps 128:1 – 2).
