COMMUNITY WORD
The love of Jesus sanctifies us for God’s glory.

ORDER
“Your light must shine before others…” (Mt 5:16)

PROPHECY
1. Be strong; your trials and sufferings are meant to purify your heart.
2. You are My light to those who live in darkness.

DIRECTION
1. Be loving and compassionate to those who are suffering and bear each other’s burden.
2. Be faithful and obey the commandments of the Lord.

THEMES AND PROMISES

Week#1(Feast of the Presentation of the Lord)
Theme:We are sanctified when we overcome our trials with prayers and fasting.
Promise:“… He is able to help those who are tested.” (Hb 2:18b)

Week#2(5th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We are sanctified when we render works of mercy.
Promise:“Lavishly he gives to the poor, his justice shall endure forever, his horn shall be exalted in glory.” (Ps 112:9)

Week#3(6th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We are sanctified when we obey and teach God’s commandment.
Promise: “… trust in God. You too shall live.” (Sir 15:15b)

Week#4(7th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We are sanctified when we love our neighbor unconditionally and pray for those who persecute us.
Promise:“He pardons all your iniquities…He crowns you with kindness and compassion.” (Ps 103:3-4)
