1. Go to confession and receive Holy Communion regularly.
2. Be reconciled with those who hurt you.

THEMES AND PROMISES

Week#1(1st Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed to a life of holiness when we avoid all occasions of sin through prayers and fasting.
Promise: “…through the obedience of the one man …the many will be made righteous.” (Rom 5:19b)

Week#2(2nd Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed to a life of holiness when we trust God to help us rise above our fears
Promise: “…the eyes of the Lord are upon those… who hope for his kindness, to deliver them from death…” (Ps 33:18)

Week#3(3rd Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed to a life of holiness when we worship the Father in Spirit and truth.
Promise: “Whoever drinks the water I shall give will never thirst.” (Jn 4:14a)

Week#4(4th Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed to a life of holiness when we live as children of Light.
Promise: “Awake and arise from the dead and Christ will give you light.” (Ep 5:14b)

Week#5(5th Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed to a life of holiness when we believe in the healing grace of God.
Promise: “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live.” (Jn 11:25)
