COMMUNITY WORD
Jesus, the Bread of Life, answers the needs of those who heed him.

ORDER
“Come… listen that you may have life.” (Is 55:3a)

PROPHECY
1. I am the Bread of Life who brings joy and restores fullness of mind, body and spirit.
2. Heed Me, I speak in the silence in your heart.

DIRECTION
1. Share the blessings you receive from God to others; comfort them in their grief and help them in their need.
2. Kneel and pray in times of struggle and offer your pains to the Lord; take courage and trust in Him.

THEMES AND PROMISES

Week#1 (18th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We heed Jesus when we are compassionate and generous in sharing our blessings to others.
Promise: “Heed me, and you shall eat well, you shall delight in rich fare.” (Is 55:2b)

Week#2 (19th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We heed Jesus when we take courage and put our trust in Him.
Promise: “The Lord himself shall walk before him and prepare the way of his steps.” (Ps 85:13a, 4)

Week#3 (20th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We heed Jesus when we possess an unwavering faith in His mercy.
Promise: “Great is your faith! Let it be done as you wish.” (Mt 15:28)

Week#4 (21st Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We heed Jesus when we proclaim Him, Son of the Living God.
Promise: “…upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.” (Mt 16:18)

Week#4 (22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We heed Jesus when we do not conform ourselves to the ways of the world
Promise: “…whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” (Mt 16:26b).
