COMMUNITY WORD
The light and glory of God is revealed in Jesus, our Savior.
ORDER:
“Rise up in splendour! Your light has come, the glory of the Lord shines upon you.” (Is 60:1)
PROPHECIES:

1. My word gives you light; come to Me and bring those who are living in darkness.
2. Rejoice, for I have come to save you, to give you peace, love, and justice.
   DIRECTIONS:
3. Be bold in the exercise of your charismatic gifts to intensify our evangelization program.
4. Do the works of mercy to honor and glorify Christ, our Lord.
5. Reflect and meditate on God’s word every day and share God’s love to others.
   THEMES AND PROMISES
   Week#1 (The Epiphany of the Lord)
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we honor Him with our time, talent and treasure.
   Promise: “…He shall rescue the poor when he cries out, and the afflicted when he has no one to help him.” (Ps 72:12)
   Week#2 (The Baptism of the Lord)
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we acknowledge Him as the Anointed Son of God.
   Promise: “…upon whom I have put my spirit, he shall bring forth justice to the nation.” (Is 42:1b) )
   Week#3 (Feast of Sto. Nino) – Phil
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we are obedient to the will of the Father.
   Promise: “…the God of our Lord Jesus Christ…may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation resulting in knowledge of him.” (Eph 1:17)
   Week#3 (2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time) – Int’l
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we are obedient to the will of the Father.
   Promise: “You shall be a glorious crown in the hand of the Lord.” (Is 62:3)
   Week#4 (3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time)
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we are one spirit in doing God’s work.
   Promise: “The law of the Lord is perfect refreshing the soul; …giving wisdom to the simple.” (Ps 19:8)
   Week#5 (4th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
   Theme: Jesus, our Savior, is revealed when we accept and stand up for Him.
   Promise: “They will fight against you, but not prevail over you, for I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord.” (Jer 1:19)
